Before you pay
Confirmed payments are non-refundable. Check the card type and amount, and pay within 15 minutes of placing your order. If payment is processing, wait for confirmation and do not pay again.
FAQ
How do early supporters claim this benefit?
For early supporters with eligible historical payments. Check your personal eligibility in the App. One complimentary virtual-card reservation per eligible supporter. Using multiple accounts or wallets does not allow repeat claims. The complimentary reservation costs 0 USDT and generates no referral commission. Physical-card reservations remain payable at the normal price. This is a reservation, not an issued card. The benefit is separate from existing entitlements and does not affect existing account statements or processing arrangements.
Can I use the card once I reserve?
A successful reservation provides a receipt. The card has not yet been issued; issuance and use will be announced later.
Can I reserve without an English name slot?
Yes. If your card type is available, you can reserve it without adding an English name. Name slots are counted separately.
What details do I need to reserve?
Verify your email. For a virtual card, the English cardholder name is optional: use your name in English or Pinyin, such as ZHANG SAN, to see it in the App card preview. Identity verification and delivery details come later at issuance.
Can I get a refund after payment?
Confirmed reservation payments are non-refundable. For underpayments, overpayments or duplicate payments, contact support for review.
When is referral commission credited?
Direct referral commission on paid reservations is 25% of the amount paid. Complimentary reservations generate no commission. After payment confirmation, commission is recorded as pending credit. The crediting date will be announced later.
Can I pay on this website?
Reservations and payments are completed in the Omniporta App.
